Young people are a vital force for Tanzania’s social and economic development. With more than three-quarters of the population under 35, investing in young people’s skills, confidence, and meaningful participation is critical to unlocking Tanzania’s potential.
ENHANCE Tanzania is committed to supporting young people to understand their strengths, recognise their potential, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to participate meaningfully in their communities and wider society. Through capacity-building sessions, young people are encouraged to reflect on their abilities, aspirations, and opportunities, while developing practical skills in leadership, communication, decision-making, teamwork, and community engagement.
