ENHANCE Tanzania
Advancing Health Equity. Empowering People. Driving Sustainable Change.
ENHANCE Tanzania is a national non-governmental organization committed to advancing health equity, human potential, and sustainable development.
Our work focuses particularly on young people, women, and marginalized communities, addressing emerging and persistent health and development challenges through research, innovation, advocacy, digital health, skills development, partnerships, and community action.
We believe that sustainable change happens when communities are empowered to participate in creating and implementing solutions that respond to their own needs.

To provide local evidence and best practices for innovative, technology-driven interventions that transform the lifestyles of adolescent girls and boys, alongside men, women, and youth.
To promote messages and conduct training that enlighten men and women, young and middle-aged groups, about a healthy lifestyle and prevention from various unhealthy practices.
To provide a safe space for youth to practice their skills and unleash their potential, creating a fruitful generation.
To improve and advocate for young people's health and well-being, including areas of mental health, sexual reproductive health, HIV, Climate change, and non-communicable disease.
